1. Order Processing Time

- Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
- During new collection launches, sales or busy seasons, processing times may be a little longer.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) once your order has been dispatched.
All delivery times mentioned below refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays) and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, strikes or local postal issues.

3. Other Countries Worldwide
For destinations in America, Asia, Oceania, Africa and other countries not specifically listed above, international shipping can take longer.
Estimated delivery time for these destinations is generally between 20 and 40 business days after dispatch, depending on the postal service and customs in each country.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. VAT is handled according to EU rules and is already included in the price or at checkout where applicable.
- For most non-EU countries, we ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means that import VAT, customs duties and standard customs handling fees are covered by us and included in what you pay at checkout. In normal conditions, the courier or postal service should not ask you for additional customs payments upon delivery.
- In very rare cases, local authorities or postal operators may apply extra administrative fees that are outside of our control. If this happens, please contact us so we can review the situation together.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
Because this shop is a small independent art brand with limited-run items, returns are very restricted.
5.1 Where we accept returns

- We only accept physical returns from countries that are members of the European Union (EU).
- For customers outside the EU, we generally cannot accept returns due to customs, high shipping costs and logistics. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help within what is realistically possible.
5.2 Return shipping costs

- When a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or clearly defective due to our mistake.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for any return, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
5.3 When we send a replacement
We will only send a replacement in the following cases:

- The product arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item (wrong design, size, or product)
In these cases, please contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time after delivery, ideally with photos of the damage or error and your order number. We will review the case and, if confirmed, we will send a replacement or offer an appropriate solution. When the problem is on our side, we will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement.
5.4 Final sales / change-of-mind

- For all other reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, did not read the description, etc.), orders are considered final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order has been placed and processing has started.
- This is because many items are produced in small batches or limited runs, and stock is very limited.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country (for example, statutory rights in the European Union).
