Orders and payments

The Rizdraws Shop accepts payments in the form of PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an email confirmation with the items and billing/shipping information will be sent at checkout. The email address provided during the purchase process must be correct to receive confirmation and updates.

Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders are shipped from Spain via Correos. Orders are processed within 3-5 days of purchase and packages are shipped once processed. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase. Delivery confirmation (tracking) numbers are issued for all domestic packages.

All orders are shipped from Spain via the state-owned postal company Correos.
Please note that ALL orders are subject to a processing period of 3 to 5 business days, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Also note that for new product launches, order quantities increase and processing times may be longer than normal.

Lost, damaged or defective merchandise

Goods will be replaced or refunded including shipping costs if the product is defective or damaged. Items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement will be sent. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and retain all shipping materials, including the box or envelope and all contents. Send photos of the damage if possible to expedite the process.

Lost packages will be replaced as long as the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is absolutely correct. Please contact us if your package has not shown up within the designated time frame and you believe it has been lost. Lost packages are subject to verification. Rizdrwas Shop is not responsible for packages lost due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

General ordering and shipping information

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days of purchase and packages are usually dispatched every Monday and Friday.

Shipping costs are calculated base on the order’s weight. Rizdraws Shop is not responsible for the loss of items sent by ordinary mail. Shipments by registered mail will always have a tracking number.

Shipments

• Ordinary Mail: there is no tracking number, so we are not responsible for the loss of your package.
• Certified Mail: trackable and requires confirmation of receipt. In case of loss of your parcel it will be returned to us and we will contact you.
• Correos Paq: trackable and requires confirmation of receipt. In case of loss of your parcel it will be returned to us and we will contact you.

• to Spain: 2-10 business days
• to Europe: 15-30 business days

To other part of the world: 25-70 business days.

These times are valid once the package is shipped.

NOTICE: For countries that are not members of the European Union, it is very possible that you may incur customs charges other than the shipping costs. Rizdraws Shop is not responsible for these customs charges.
